When you’re in a fight, you don’t just go in guns blazing, you’ve got to take care of yourself and stay calm and you’ve just got to be smart about your emotions.
And you know what?
The more you know, the more you can be successful at anything.
In fact, this is a skill that has been passed down for centuries, and there’s a lot of people who can’t do it because they’ve never had to.
And I think that’s why I think it’s such a fascinating phenomenon that’s going on right now.
For one thing, it’s really about the people.
It’s really a game where you’re competing with the other person and they’re competing for you, and it’s a really intense and physical thing.
And that’s the kind of competition that can really, really drive a person to a place where they can compete.
The other thing is the way the world has changed in the last 15 years.
I think the world is getting better at dealing with the human condition.
I mean, it used to be a lot harder to be successful in boxing, for example.
Now, in fact, you’re probably more likely to see somebody win a fight in your neighborhood than you are in the ring.
And it’s definitely a bigger issue for women and minorities.
So, I think one of the things that’s really interesting about this is that in the past, we were all basically the same in terms of being able to perform at our peak.
And then suddenly, a guy could be as strong as a guy and still have problems, because he had to work at it, he had a physical and mental toll, he was competing in a much more intense environment.
And now that we’ve moved away from the days of the heavyweight and the middleweight, where we had these super, super tough guys, we’re starting to see guys like Conor McGregor who are doing what he does, who are performing at the level that he’s doing.
And he’s not only beating people at the highest level in the world, but he’s beating people that would be considered the next tier of the competition.
So I think, in a way, it speaks to the fact that you’ve changed.
And the reason why I say that is because there’s an element of self-discipline that you can develop and a certain amount of humility, and a lot more than you could ever know if you didn’t work on it.
And if you can work on that, you can have success.
And Conor McGregor, for instance, has worked on a lot on his mental aspect of his game.
I’ve worked on that as well.
But the other thing I think is interesting about it is that it’s not just the physical aspect of it that’s changed, but also the way that people perceive themselves in the arena.
I was talking to a guy named Paul who’s a former boxer, who was one of these guys who I watched when I was in the gym, who I could always tell was not the best fighter in the building, and I was like, ‘Oh my god, you never won a fight.’
I was always surprised when he would get upset.
And so I think we all are learning about ourselves in this arena, but I think there’s something really exciting about the fact we’ve got this new breed of athletes, who actually believe that they can be as good as anybody in the room, who believe that the best athletes in the land can beat the best of the best, and the best fighters in the sport.
And to me, that’s a unique and powerful thing.
